PEELING KNIFE GRINDER MACHINE

Automatic Peeling Knife Grinder Machine are widely used in the plywood and others small plywood, woodworking companies for grinding, re-grinding (sharping) of the log peeler machine’s knifes (blades) or veneer peeling lathe machine’s knife. There are 56″(1422mm), 72″(1830mm), 96″(2450mm), 108″(2750mm) grinder machines and other sizes according to our customer’s requirement. Extra heavy duty mild steel fabricated body of the machine. Slides of the machine are made from cast iron. Heavy duty cast iron Knife holder pressure vall for accurate working of the machine and fine quality sharping of blade. Heavy duty cast iron rotor for holding stone to fine grinding. In knife grinder machine cooling pump is used for preventing heat, because during the time of knife grinding heat is created between knife and grinding stone. The machine is fitted with superior quality branded electrical panel and electric motors.
